GENERAL INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES CONTRACT

Agency shall provide CLIENT with investigative services which may result in written reports, recorded statements, documents, photographic video, audio and related materials as set by the terms below. CLIENT agrees that all reports will be submitted and received to the conditions of this Agreement.
2. Reports may be delivered via US mail, faxed,e-mailed or by phone. CLIENT request a written report. YES_____________ NO______________
3. CLIENT agrees to pay AGENCY for all services rendered regardless of outcome of said service. Payments in full are due to AGENCY by way of agreed retainer. CLIENT agrees to pay AGENCY for all work undertaken at a rate of $_________________ a hour billed at quarter increments plus all expenses with the understanding that CLIENT pay a retainer in this instance of $________________________against cost. It is agreed that any court appearances pertaining to this case are billed at the rate of $75 an hour plus expenses.
4. AGENCY will keep and maintain all reports strictly confidential unless required by law.
5. CLIENT assures AGENCY that all information sold to CLIENT will be used for lawful purposes. 6. AGENCY will provide accurate reports however CLIENT acknowledges that some information obtain through observation or perception may require AGENCY to exercise a judgment or interpretation of said observation. 7. CLIENT agrees and holds harmless AGENCY and employees from any and all claims, liabilities including attorney fees judgments arising from CLIENTS information. In witness by both parties and agreed.
